Required Ingredients:

channa daal - in a 250 ml measuring cup.
coriander seeds - in a 250 ml measuring cup.
Mustard - 5 Table spoon
Cumin seeds - 5 Table
Fenugreek seeds - 2 Table
Dry red chillies - 1/4 kilo
curry leaves
peppar seeds - 5 table spoon

Fry each of the items individually and powder them in mixer.

Authentic malnad sambar powder

Dry coconut -1/4 kilo


How to prepare:

Fry each of the individual items separately। Powder them in Mixer. Your sambar powder is ready.
